Eclipse Breaker - Demo Feedback Sweepstakes

1. Sponsor

Lunar Workshop, Inc., a North Carolina corporation with an address of 404 Evert Drive, Cary, NC 27511, is the sponsor of this giveaway (the “Sponsor”).

2. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase or leaving a positive review does not increase your chances of winning.

3. Eligibility

This giveaway is open worldwide to individuals who:

  • Are at least 13 years old at the time of entry (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher).

  • Provide feedback about your experience with the Eclipse Breaker demo during the Entry Period. While we welcome both positive and negative opinions, entries that do not provide genuine input, such as blank responses, single words with no context, or spam, may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s discretion.

  • You must include a valid email address so we can contact you if you win.

 This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible.

4. Entry Period

Entries will be accepted starting May 28th, 2025 at 12:01AM PT, and ending June 17, 2025, at 12:01 AM PT.

5. How to Enter

    • Include your feedback about the game demo, as well as a valid email address.

Only one entry per person will be accepted. Reviews must be public and posted before the end of the Entry Period. All review sentiments (positive, neutral, negative) are eligible, but entries that do not provide genuine input, such as blank responses, single words with no context, or spam, may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Prize

Three (3) winners will receive a $50 (USD) Steam digital gift card and one (1) key to the retail version of Eclipse Breaker on Steam. Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. If the prize becomes unavailable, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or around June 20, 2025.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided in the entry. If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days, another winner may be selected.

8. Review Guidelines & Disclosures

  • Reviews must comply with Steam’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

  • Reviews must be honest and reflect your genuine experience.

  • Participants are encouraged to include a disclosure in their review, such as:
    “Submitted as part of a feedback contest run by the devs.”

  • Compensation is not dependent on the sentiment of the review.

9. Use of Materials

Any materials you submit (e.g., feedback via your review) may be used for promotional or developmental purposes. By entering, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted content in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Privacy

Your personal information will be used only for the purposes of this giveaway and will not be sold or shared with third parties. Contact privacy@lunarworkshop.com to access or delete your information.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or receipt/use of any prize.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at its discretion if fraud or other issues compromise its integrity. All decisions are final.

13. Governing Law

These rules will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Venue for any legal proceedings will be in Wake County, NC.
